Common Electrical shareholders reject CEO Larry Culp's pay

A majority of shareholders on the Common Electrical Co annual normal assembly rejected the pay programs for named government officials, together with CEO Larry Culp, whose reimbursement for 2020 tallied $73.2 million. In step with initial effects, 57.7% of shareholders rejected Common Electrical’s pay programs, a powerful rebuke to executives of the economic corporate, which is in the midst of a difficult turnaround. “Whilst we’re upset with the initial result of the vote, we price and admire the perspectives of the shareholders,” the corporate stated after the vote.
