Visa to shop for Swedish fintech start-up Tink

LONDON — Visa has agreed to procure Swedish monetary era start-up Tink for 1.8 billion euros ($2.1 billion).

The deal comes after the cost massive’s bid to shop for American fintech company Plaid used to be torpedoed via U.S. regulators.
