These terms govern the services provided by Perfect Seen. Last updated September 2026.
Services
We provide technical search and AI visibility work: structured data authoring and deployment, local directory citation submission and correction, Google Business Profile optimisation, technical auditing, and citation testing against generative search assistants. The specific scope of each engagement is described on the relevant service page at the time of purchase.
Fees and billing
The monthly retainer is billed in advance through Stripe on the date you subscribe and on the same date each month thereafter. One-time audits are billed once, in advance.
There is no minimum term and no contract period. You may cancel the retainer at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. We do not pro-rate partial months.
What we do not promise
We do not guarantee rankings, placements, traffic, leads, or that any AI assistant or search engine will cite your business. No provider controls the output of a search engine or a language model, and any firm that tells you otherwise is describing something it cannot deliver.
What we do commit to is performing the work described, deploying valid markup, correcting the listings we can reach, running the agreed tests, and reporting accurately on all of it — including when results are flat.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for giving us accurate business information (legal name, address, phone, hours, service areas, credentials) and for the accuracy of anything you ask us to publish. Where deployment requires access to your website or Google Business Profile, you are responsible for providing it or for arranging for your developer to apply what we supply.
Ownership
Structured data, markup and written recommendations we produce for your business are yours. They remain on your site if you stop working with us. Directory listings are owned by you and controlled through the respective platforms.
Refunds
If we fail to deliver a purchased audit, you get a full refund without argument. Retainer months in which work was performed are not refundable, but you can cancel before the next billing date for any reason.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim arising from these services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business.
