This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and what happens to it. It was last updated in September 2026.
What we collect
Through the contact form: your name, email address, website URL, and whatever you write in the message field. That is all the form asks for and all it stores.
Through payments: nothing. Payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe’s own checkout pages. We never see, handle or store your card details. Stripe’s privacy policy governs that data.
Automatically: standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) kept by our host for security and diagnostics.
How we use it
Contact form submissions are used to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the service. That is the only use.
We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing. We do not add enquiry contacts to a mailing list. If you contact us and never hear from us again, that is the intended behaviour.
Service providers
The website is hosted by Hostinger. Payments are handled by Stripe. Email is delivered through our mail provider. Each of these processes data on our behalf under their own terms.
Retention
Enquiry emails are kept while the enquiry is open and for a reasonable period afterwards. Client records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to us using the details on our Contact page and we will action it.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. WordPress may set functional cookies if you log in, which does not apply to ordinary visitors.
